The beach towel is really just for laying on inasmuch as it is too big and heavy to put around your body, which is just fine. The artwork in it is beautiful. I can't wait to use it.

Wow - I didn't realise it was going to be that big! It's a gift for a young member of the family - I think he'll be thrilled as he's a tractor fanatic at 6 years old. A practical gift too. The towel has a smoother upper side so it'll be more comfortable to sit on at the beach. It seems to have a thick absorbent power so no usual skinny beach towel.

Doves are commonly considered a symbol of motherhood. The dove is even associated with several mother figures in historical dove symbolism. The dove is commonly seen in Christian art with Mary as a symbol of care, devotion, purity and peace. The dove is a companion of Ishtar too, the Great Mother of Assyrian culture. In this motherly light, the dove elicits a promise of hope and salvation.
Julie is multi-talented as a National Award Winning Graphic Designer & Artist. Her formal education includes a BFA in Fine Art from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Texas as well as a MFA in Web Design and New Media, currently in progress, from the Academy of Art University in San Fransisco, California. She has been commissioned for portraits, faux finishes & murals in many private residences & government buildings.
